If you are looking for an easy wreath project, it really doesn’t get much simpler than this!
These wreaths both use the same basic procedure. Basically, you get a wreath form (the one on the left is a grapevine wreath form, the one on the right is a cheap foam style wreath form) and some ribbons and embellishments. You could even make it easier than the wreaths pictured were by attaching a bow to the wreath instead of artificial flowers.
Really, you just wrap the ribbon around the wreath as much or as little as you would like. Attach it by either tying a knot or using a hot glue gun. Then attach the embellishments using the hot glue gun. For both of the above wreaths I attached the artificial flowers, and the heart in the one on the left is actually a cheap dollar store ornament that I found around Valentine’s Day one year and glued it inside the wreath. Very versatile project… use your imagination! You could glue a small chalkboard onto one and write a cute message or set a stuffed animal sitting inside the wreath… possibilities are endless!
This project is a really fun one to do with kids. Letting them pick out the ribbons and embellishments can be a lot of fun, and as long as an adult helps with the hot glue gun- it’s very simple.
So fast, easy, and pretty!
