Monday Health Quest Update

I haven’t done a Health Quest update in a long time! Mostly that’s because I haven’t done very well and didn’t want to admit it…

You see I kind of got bummed by not losing any weight when I was doing awesome. The scale bounced around a little wavering between 3lbs up and down from normal… but I didn’t seem to actually LOSE the weight. So then I started eating the crud again. I’ve still been exercising, but not as hard core. And I’ve been eating junk food, fast food, and pretty much any food.


But that ends now! (again!)

Starting today I am back on my Health Quest! No sweets. No fast food. No soda. More salads. More veggies. And more hardcore workouts.

My birthday is in 9 days and although I know I’m not going to get magically skinny in that amount of time- I would like to at least feel a little more in control of my life and health.

    The scale lies. Don’t pay attention to it for a month or even longer, seriously!
    I know it’s super motivating to see the loss to help you get going, but it can be too discouraging if it doesn’t move. I swear it took over a month for my body to get the hang of what the heck was going on a year ago. Don’t give up!! You can do it. 😃
