Health Quest Boot Camp – Day 3: Music Playlist!

Still going strong! Over 10,000 steps again yesterday, slightly under my calorie goal, healthy foods, lots of yoga, and all feels good/sore!

  1. I must say that ‘good feeling’ by flo rider is a great workout tune for me. AND… surprisingly – ‘just the way you are’ by Bruno mars. 😂

    That’s a good playlist! I normally put anything with a strong beat if I do cardio (think club music), otherwise something relaxing for yoga like classical music or slow pop songs 🙂
