Health Quest Boot Camp Day 2

Yesterday went really well! By the end of the day I had well over 10,000 steps. I exercised several times throughout the day including walking on the track near my house, Yoga With Adriene on YouTube, basic exercises like crunches/squats/lunges, and walking around my apartment complex. Also I seriously deep cleaned my bathroom, which should also count as a workout! LOL

Today, I am sore. My legs, abs, biceps, and more are all complaining. This is going to make today a little more difficult, but I’m still determined to get another 10,000 steps.

Also yesterday I met all my other goals too of eating really healthy, taking all my vitamins, etc. Overall, I feel like yesterday was a great day and I need to do more of that.

But man was I craving sweets by the evening! Way more than usual.
