Today is Day 1 of my 10 day boot camp! I’m excited!
For the next 10 days I am going to focus heavily on my health. Lots of walking (need to get 10,000 steps per day!) and just being very mindful of my health. Eating better, taking medications and using sunscreen. Everything. Mainly the big things are going to be the exercising and dieting. Now, I say “dieting”… but I really hate that term. But, I suppose that is what I am doing for this. I am not following any kind of specific diet plan but rather am going to try to avoid all sweets, sodas, and junk foods while focusing on lots of veggies, fruits, and protein (especially chicken).
I don’t really expect to lose a bunch of weight in 10 days (and if I did then it would probably come right back) but I really want to just kick start my summer with giving myself a good reminder of what it is to live healthier.
