I was hoping by week 6 I would have much more positive results… but I guess getting sick for most of that time didn’t help any so I’m not going to beat myself up.
This week I did really good with the exercising! I didn’t eat as well as I should have, but I exercised nearly every day and am pushing myself harder when I work out. My weight has remained constant… but at least that means I haven’t gained!
My goals for this week are to focus more on the yoga (I skipped that a couple times last week due to staying up too late… I like to do my yoga before bed). And of course I am going to try again to work on my eating habits. I broke my no-sugar rule last week and need to get back on track with that!
How are you doing? Now that it’s summer out are you able to get out and go for walks?
