Happy Monday everyone!
So I am currently trying to write this post on my phone as my computer decided to blow up this weekend while I was playing heroes of the storm. Lovely burning plastic smell and everything. I tried replacing the power supply hoping that’s all it was, but it’s not seeing the hard drives now either so that stinks. And I really don’t have the money for a new computer, like at all. So, I am going to try to do blog posts from my phone but there will be no podcasts until I can get this working.
Anyway, on to the Health Quest update part though! … basically nothing to report. I have been so incredibly sick this last week that I haven’t been able to exercise at all. Finally went to the doctor and got antibiotics and cough meds. But now I am starting to feel better (although I still have the deep chest cough). I am going to go down and get on the treadmill today and just go slow and see how my lungs do. I’m hoping to exercise every day this week again.
I did do some yoga last week at least. I was following a routine that’s supposed to really be good for the deep breathing which I thought would be good for my lungs recovering from this illness, but in retrospect I think it may have just made me cough more! LOL
Anyway, I am going to go get on the treadmill like a good little girl. Good luck to you in your healthy choices this week!
