Stardew Valley Junimo Amigurumi!

There is a very good chance that this post’s title will be meaningless to a lot of people… so let me break it down. Stardew Valley is an awesome video game that I have been playing a lot. I talked about it before too (click here to see that post). Junimo’s are little magical forest creatures that are in Stardew Valley which if you collect stuff for them then they will do things to help you out like unlocking new areas of the map or fixing up the community center, and more. They are cute little things. Amigurumi is just the word for crocheting little yarn creatures.

Okay, so now on to the post itself… Junimo

My brother and I are both really into Stardew Valley. However we noticed there seems to be a lack of official Stardew Valley merchandise available for sale anywhere to show off our love of the game. I saw on Pinterest that a lot of people made amigurumi Junimo’s and I realized that I could totally do that! Really they are just a ball of whatever main color you want, and then some black arms, legs, eyes, and an antenna. So, I made two for my brother. I think they turned out pretty cute! I didn’t write instructions as I was going (I need to get better at doing that), but if you look on Pinterest or even just any search engine you can find there are quite a few places that have made tutorials for making them. I just literally made a ball and stuck some black arms and stuff into it, lol.

JuminosSayingGoodbyeI like how they turned out! Very cute and easy project with a fun result. I may have to make some for me now!
